Fall 2016 Space Inventory

Annual Update

The official campus space inventory is updated annually from October through early November. In October, Capital and Space Planning asked department space coordinators to update their space inventories to reflect assignment, predominant use, occupancy and station count on the date of record. This year the date of record is October 11th, 2016, the fifteenth day of instruction of the fall quarter.

Our office must submit updated building and room files to the UC Office of the President in December. The deadline for completing your department space inventory is November 10th, 2016.
