Our Furniture Services group assists campus customers with the selection, design and purchase of standardized office furniture. We provide a variety of options from Steelcase, Kimball and Herman Miller and will work with you to find options that best suit your needs.
Purchasing Furniture
Furniture Services can provide you with the following assistance to address your furniture needs:
- evaluating furniture options
- test fittings for chairs and other ergonomic furniture
- developing of space plans
- establishing a budget
- submitting and tracking furniture purchases
- coordinating installation
How to Submit Your Request
To access one of our services initiate and sign a Furniture Request Form and a Furniture Services team member will contact you.
Furniture Services Request Form
The Furniture Services Request Form is available through DocuSign. If you're new to DocuSign, visit our User Guide for step-by-step instructions.
If your furniture purchase includes changing the location or removal of a door, adding furniture panels higher than 54" or affecting circulation or HVAC/Electrical, your project should instead be initiated through our Project Initiation Request process.
