Project Initiation Request
We offer help with with planning, budgeting, cost estimates, leasing, space inquiries, feasibility studies, off-campus research requests and more.
Our goal is to support your request from start to finish, so no matter what step you are in, we encourage you to fill out the request form. We will help classify your request and guide your department to the right service.
How to Submit Your Request
To start your project, fill out and submit a Project Initiation Request, or PIR. The PIR form is now available through SmartSheet. If you have questions regarding the SmartSheet form, please contact us at [email protected]
Furniture Services
If your request only involves the ordering and/or rearranging of furniture, this is the form for you.
