The official campus space inventory is updated annually from October through early November. Department space coordinators should update their space inventories to reflect the assignment, predominant use, occupancy and station count on the date of record, which is the fifteenth day of instruction of the fall quarter. This year, the date of record to use for the space inventory is October 16th, 2018.
Our office must submit updated building and room files to the UC Office of the President in early December. The deadline for completing your department space inventory is November 9th, 2018.
